Our
return policy is simple.
We
issue 100% refund if one or more conditions below are met:

have wrongfully misrepresented an item or we shipped out
the wrong item. We have to be notified by email within 24
Hours of arrival of our item.

Customer
is not satisfied with item purchased and notifies us by
emailing us to info@suitaly.com
within 2 days of receiving our item. He/she should contact
us explaining his un-satisfaction. If we can not correct
such claims, then then, we would accept a return. Refunds
in this case are given less 10% restocking fees and less
shipping. An authorization letter is required to be included
in the returned box to our facilities. We honor such returns
given the item is NOT used and the merchandise is in NEW
condition, Tags are attached and is hanged on the same hanger
(factory) in which it was sent originally. If we notice
that the item was used or some alterations were done, we
would return the item to the buyer and conclude sale. ALL
OUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE LESS SHIPPING MEANING THE
BUYER HAS TO PAY ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR SHIPPING THE ADDITIONAL
